I'm from Rome.

Beautiful city! I've been there last Easter and I was really fascinated by it. I liked very much the "Ancient Rome" part (Colosseo, Fori, Palatino...). I also noticed it's becoming more and more "international": I stayed near Termini station and I found it nearly as multicultural as the area of King's Cross in London.

I know them only for name: I never went to Muccia (but I went one time to Matelica).

I know them only by name. ;)

"Zero87":

Do you live with interest pope's resignation?

I don't care too much about that, actually. :-D

"fireball":
(I presume you mean "where", right?)

Yes, my english is bad and I know english thanks to videogames and software.

Interesting.
I know only the Foro Italico street and San Pietro.
Do you live with interest pope's resignation?
"fireball":
And yes, I know Matelica and Muccia as well, I used to go
do the shopping at Centro Commerciale Maddalena, which is part of Muccia's municipality. :)

Where do you came from?
"fireball":
So far, I always spent part of my summer holidays in a very little town,
about 25 km from Camerino; its name is Fiordimonte. Do you know it? :)

I know Matelica and Muccia, Fiordimonte sounds new to me: I see it on Google maps and I understand that is near Camerino and in the middle of nowhere :lol: .

Ok, so I believe the best form is "I ended up with hating snow".

Zero87
"fireball":
"I finished hating snow", if you mean that you stopped hating snow; instead, if you mean
that you turned out to hate snow, you should say "I ended up with hating snow". ;)

I mean I start to hate snow after university. :)
Well, good night Zero, what is time you go to bed? You wrote at five to one a.m.!

It isn't true: I wrote at 23.55 (I can take an image and post it if you don't believe me :D ).
"gio73":
"artichokes"=carciofi, did you never eat them?

My dissertation has to be long 40-45 minutes for "prelaurea" and 5-10 minuti for "laurea" (I don't traslate them because there is the risk to don't understand the meaning).
I have the so called prelaurea (before-degree?!? before-graduation?!?) on Friday at 9.30 (I'm the fourth at list so my exam is after 12.00). The public dissertation is the 19th February.
"gio73":
In the night I drunk very much. What are you going to do in the degree night?

Sleeping! :-D
(I don't drink)
"gio73":
About snow: in the Genoa interland snowning is normal, but the city is stopping for few snowflakes.

This morning was very cold but without snow (after Camerino university, I finish to hate snow!).

EDIT
Oh, I forget!
Welcome fireball, It's an honour talking with a "veteran" of forum! :)
I would say "40- to 45-minute long". Also "... there is a risk not to understand the meaning" and
"I finished hating snow", if you mean that you stopped hating snow; instead, if you mean

Thank you for calling me a "veteran"! Actually, it's been almost 10 years since my registration to this forum!
I was just a few more than 16 at that time! :-D

fireball1
Usually I go bed by 11.30-00.15.

"gio73":
Thank you fireball, I look for who cheks my English.

You're welcome, gio73. Here, I would say I look for somebody to check my English. ;)

I love them, I just didn't know the meaning of the word "artichokes".
"gio73":
My dissertation was long twenty minutes, then I answered to(?) some commission's questions, after that I waited my mark.

Sorry for meddling into your chatter guys... Just to mention that I would say
"What time do you go bed at?". ;)

are we speechless?

I pass the day studying my dissertation and I don't know what are "artichockes" :D .
"gio73":
Zero is next to the degree day. How are you, Zero?

Fine, thanks, and you? How about snow?
This evening, TGs talk about - literary - "blizzard" on Liguria and some other Italian Regions.
I know that TGs often exaggerate the news...
On south Marche's coast it's cold but without snow.

Now I go sleep after a great match of the whiteblacks (this is macheronic english). :)

gio73
are we speechless?
What's the matter?
Zero is next to the degree day. How are you, Zero?

Camillo
Well I don't know , you can try otherwise you can use my e-mail ( I send you by PM )

marcosocio
Ok :) Can I send photos in a MP?

Camillo
Yes of course you can :D
Probably in the near future I will have to support a student in Physics and I am interested in knowing how are the exercises .
