Esame Ielts

Salve, mi stavo informando riguardo una certificazione di inglese ed ho visto che è richiesto uno Ielts livello 5 o certificazioni equivalenti. Qualcuno ha mai fatto questo esame? È difficile arrivare al livello 5? O mi conviene magari fare un esame equivalente? Ho una conoscenza scolastica dell' inglese e all' università ho dovuto fare una idoneità del livello B1. Consigli su esame First

Parecchio tempo fa ho fatto l'esame del B1 ora vorrei prendere il First. Qualcuno può darmi una mano sul programma da studiare di grammatica, vocabolario, argomenti per il writing, ecc.? Per preparare listening e speaking cosa mi consigliate? E come materiale di studio oltre ai vecchi esami?

Salve a tutti!Leggendo un testo sono incappata nella seguente frase, ho tentato di tradurla prima in generale poi letteralmente per scandire bene tutte le parole ma mi fugge il senso vero e proprio.
