Raccontare un evento in inglese

chi mi aiuta? ho bisogno di scrivere un evento accadutomi in inglese.non molto lungo ,ma conciso e dettagliato,per un programma di II MEDIA...AIUTATEMI.
TIPO... UNA GIORNATA AL MARE O UN GIORNO SULLA NEVE COSE DEL GENERE.

-Me with my friends as we celebrate every year on August 10, St. Lawrence, going to the beach Essendo che stai parlando di un'azione abituale, devi usare il present simple, quindi è GO

-cook the meat--> cook meat

-to organize this evening I and my group of friends we...non c'è bisogno di usare WE, in quanto hai già specificato chi compie l'azione, ossia tu e i tuoi amici, quindi resta "group of friends start ecc.." e non c'è bisogno del "the" dopo "collecting"

-dried after we ---> After we dried

-the following day happy with what we had done--> (la farei così) The following day, we were happy, remembering what we did ecc..

August 10, 2011 I spent a wonderful day, in my opinion the best day in my life. Me with my friends as we celebrate every year on August 10, St. Lawrence, going to the beach by lighting a small fire to keep warm and cook the meat to spend the evening together.
to organize this evening I and my group of friends we start collecting the wood for our fire already for a month before the event.
arrived on the 10th we went to the beach and we started to dance, eat and drink as we had never done. midnight as a tradition we took a bath and we put out to dry by the fire prepared by us. dried after we have continued to have fun dancing without stopping. at about 5:00 we went and slept in tents on the beach. the following day happy with what we had done and willing to do it all again we went back on the beach and we spent the same day with your friends.
