First off, I believe it's very readable. I'd say that it is perfect for self study.
Secondly, it's a good reference for those of us willing to learn mathematics and english both at the same time (in my personal experience, forcing yourself to use textbooks written in english for your classes really pays back, both linguistically and technically, since you'll not find yourself simply browsing through the sentences, because either you focus or you don't get what the author is trying to say).
Last but not least, it is completely free!

yep, it seems quite well done, although I don't like plots with no labels..
