Nelle mie vacanze di natale,io e la mia famiglia,abbiamo pranzato dai nostri nonni e,poi,siamo andati in chiesa a mezzanotte.
Dopo,finita la messa, abbiamo visitato il suo presepe.Mentre andavamo a visitare il presepe abbiamo incontrato un sacco di vecchi amici dei miei genitori.
Infatti,fra di loro,si raccontavano tante cose di tanto tempo fa e anche molte barzellette.Io non ho ricevuto nessun dono ne li ho donati,ma l'importante che mi sia divertito insieme alla mia famiglia.
Io festeggio il capodanno per stare insieme ai miei parenti ed ai miei genitori e anche per far scoppiare i petardi.
Però,in verità,il capodanno si festeggia per celebrare un nuovo anno.

bhe ma se gli serve il present continuos non ha senso scrivergliene uno in past continuos...però vabbè se a lui va bene direi che c'è solo qualche errore:

In the Christmas hollydays, I with my parents, had lunch toghether with our grandparents. After the celebration we had seen the "presepe" (non ha traduzione). While we were visiting the presepe we had met lots of friends of my parents.
They were talking about the past and some jokes. I didn'treceeve any prensent and I did't give any, but the important thing for me is that I enjoyed my time with them.
We use to celebrate the first of the year with my parents and and all mebers of my family and also we use the explosive toys.
(L'ultima frase non ha senso ne in inglese ne in italiano, inoltre dovresti mettere forse in qualche frase...non ho usato il present continuos ma il PAST continuos!) :)

ma il tema è scritto al passato e non ha senso tradurlo con il present continuos e poi ci deve essere qualche frase che contenga la parola " forse" altrimenti may/might dove li metto?
