Comunque non mi torna molto questa frase, se dici preferisco, ma preferisci a cosa? Sarebbe 'I prefer eating x to y'. Ti consiglio di dire:
"Sometimes I eat out and I like eating a sandwich"

Poi, 'In the evening I have a meat'.
Nah, non puoi avere UNA carne. Tornerebbe dicendo:
"In the evening I eat some meat'

Ti consiglio di aggiungere un marcatore di frequenza in quando ordini la Pizza:
"I usually order a pizza"
