GRAZIE!

I think if Ahi doesn't know quite anything about English, he should begin with a little grammar, and then do all what Cheguevilla said. Good Luck!
Yes, movies may be a great idea, but you cannot consider them enough.
I don't know many things about you, so I can post a lot of stupid questions, but I hope that such questions may be useful.
- Have you ever thought about the erasmus project?
I believe that it's a great idea. My greatest regret is that I didn't that great experience.
- If you like movies, there are a lot of dvd at a very business price with both italian and english language with subtitles. Of course, you cannot begin watching a movie in english language if you don't know a bit of it. Anyway, you can just begin looking at it with subtitles and trying to understand the pronuntiation.
Another suggestion may be to visit a lot of english sites. For example, at anytime you are looking at wikipedia, try to look at it in english.
- If you usually read a newspaper, try to buy the "Herald tribune". Without considering that information level is better than italian newspaper one (this is a purely polemical note), it's written in a very easy english because the tribune is read by many non-italian and non-english people.
- Travel. With low cost travels and international hostels (you can find info at this site), you can join fun and learning with some very cheap and instructive vacations.
- Join at some foreign forums or internet communities. For example, MathLinks, that is directly related to maths, or Word reference forum that is a very interesting site for your purposal.
Finally, I will enlight you the link of Wordreference that is a very powerful tool. Very appreciated the tool that allows the direct translation for Firefox.
For any doubt or question, I'm here to assist you.
Best regards.

Some cassette or Cd would be better

I think that "pronuncia" and "libro" don't fit well together.
