Mr holms always gets up very early and he usually works late at night. He's a journalist and he works for the Daily Mirror, he reports on foreign news so he spends quite a lot of time abroad. For example at the moment he's covering the American elections. John lives in London so he usually has breakfast in the city centre and every morning he meets his colleagues in a cafè and they eat breakfast sitting down ( most people stay in bed until the last minute and then have a coffee and a piece of toast standing up, John thinks that this is really bad for him because it means that he starts the day in hurry! So he gets up ten minutes earlier every day and he has breakfast nice and slowly).When he doesn't have to go abroad, he spends a lot of time in his office and on the phone to people, trying to get information. But he loves his work even if sometimes is very difficoult. When he comes back to home, he spends ten minutes in silence, he usually says that meditation is a fantastic way to teach your mind to slow down and to think more clearly, and that spending time in silence every day , will also benefit your general healt. Then he has a bath, not a shower,since, having a shower is very quick and convenient but when you come home from work, have a bath is one of the most relaxing things you can do and john thinks that it will really help to slow you down at the end of a hard day.
Before going to bed, he does yoga, in fact he thinks that a gym is a very stressfull place! once a week , john loves go for a long walk after the dinner, when he walks he looks around him at the birds, the trees, the shops, other people, he loves do it because it reminds him of the world we live in and it helps him to stop, and thinks, and relax.

the evening after dinner, he relaxes, watches TV and go to bed early to be ready to face another long day.

la descrizione dovrebbe essere la giornta "tipo" di una perona..
ad esempio un giornalista, ke si alza presto, fà colazione in fretta al bar e corre a lavoro... poi stà tutto il giorno in giro per la città... e poi la sera arriva a casa, ciò ke fà nel tempo libero.....e fin quando và a letto...
ma può anche non essereun giornalista...questo è quello ke mi è venuto in mente al momento!
