How to improve -Inputs and suggestions
The English corner has been opened about six months ago but the participation has not been satisfactory so far .
Certainly one reason is that some users are not familiar enough with English and this is an obstacle to participate.
I wish to emphasize anyhow that the use of English is a need for the scientific and business community.
Since I have been indicated as moderator for this section, I want to establish a more friendly approach.
So I worked out some (pre)ideas, starting from an Italian –English dictionary of the most frequent mathematical terms and expressions which should make more easy to participate.
Anyhow what I would appreciate very much are your inputs and suggestions of any kind.
In few words, what would you like to see in this section ?

hi!
i'm quite new to the forum in general, and in particular in never posted in the english section. this is mainly due to the fact that not as much mathematics is discussed here as it is in the other forums, so what i would consider as an improvement for this section would be an increase in the math-related topics. for example there could be a problems marathon similar to the one in "enigmi e giochi matematici".

I think that a graduate course of basic scientific terms could be very good.
My english is too poor and i don't post in this section for this reason.
However i think that we all need to learn a little bit of english.. This is one way.
If we can follow a simple way for this posts, i think that more guy can starts to post in this section.. or at least reply in some post.. like me now..
