In June I went to Rome for 7 days.I went there by car was with my parents in a beautiful hotel in the center. the name hotel is Kolbe Hotel is a very big and beautiful.
In the capital, I visited 'Colosseo', 'Piazza di Spagna','Fontana di Trevi'. I think that Rome is a wonderful city, with a lot of monuments and museums. Rome has got many attractions and local (disco, excellent pizzerias and restaurant) .The weather was very beautiful.(82)

In the morning i work with my dad in the garden, in the afternoon I go to the beach with my friends, we play a football and I swim at the sea.
in the night i go at Osteria Nuova with my friends, we ate ice cream and i speak talk with us.
this holiday is fantastic despite the orrible wheater.
When there is a orrible weather I study for the school and i play with my playstation or with my pc.
I love holiday because I don't have to think about the school and i can go to sleep late.

1)Prima di tutto eviterei le ripetizioni, come nella prima frase (dove ripeti due volte I went). Mi sa che devi rivedere anche le congiunzioni.
Cerca di unire, se possibile. Ad esempio:
In June I went to Rome for 7 days by car, with my parents, in a nice hotel in the center of the city. The name of the hotel was Kolbe Hotel and was very big and beautiful.
I visited the Colosseo
Al posto di local userei più clubs (visto che parli di disco, pub ecc).

In the night I go to Osteria Nuova with my friends, we ate (forse è corretto eat, visto che devi farlo al presente) ice cream and then we talk a lot (o puoi scrivere di cosa parlate. In quel caso: We talk about.......
-Il pronome personale "I" si scrive sempre maiuscolo. Ho corretto "i speak talk with us", che non significava niente.
These holidayS are fantastic despite the orrible wheater. (Holidays va al plurale in quanto, credo, stai parlando di vacanze, quindi più giorni. Se avessi parlato di un solo giorno (per es. un giorno di riposo, "holiday" sarebbe stato corretto).
When there is aN orrible weather I study and, when I finish, I play with my playstation or with my pc. (Prima di "orrible" ci vuole "an" perché orrible inizia per vocale.) Inoltre eliminerei "for the school" ; lo trovo quasi scontato sia per la scuola
