Salve, vorrei sapere se la seguente Traduzione da Italiano a Inglese sia corretta e, chi gentilmente, mi aiuta a risolvere il questionario.
"Il mio nome è Kit e vivo vicino al mare. Una sera dello scorso Autunno camminavo lungo la spiaggia e mi sono fermato vicino a uno scoglio per osservare le onde. All'improvviso apparve un ragazzino di 10 anni. I suoi indumenti erano bagnati. E aveva un braccialetto d'argento con la lettera "D" al polso. Si mise a camminare verso me e le sue prime parole furono: "Mia sorella Amy è in pericolo a Rock Point, un onda l'ha gettata in mare e non sa nuotare." "Hai chiamato il 999?" Ho chiesto. "No, non l'ho fatto", mi ha risposto il ragazzino. "Ma tu puoi salvarla." "Puoi venire con me?" Gli chiesi e mi affrettai a dirigermi verso la mia imbarcazione. Il ragazzino non rispose. All'improvviso il ragazzino non c'era più."
Io ho tradotto in questo modo (aiutatemi, non sono sicura di aver tradotto in modo corretto):
