how are you? I hope you have been spent a wondelful christmas's holiday. Yesterday i haven't had enough time to write you,but now i'm going to find. In christmas's holiday i'm stayed at home and sometimes i have beeb in my grandmother's house. My cousins come here from svizzera and i stayed with her all day, we are also goint go skating on ice. It was a wonderful week!! I hope she return early.
What was the white week in Cortina? Did you enjoy it? I want you tell me everything. How are your parents? I hope they feel good. Now i'm going to the gym,I miss you so much.

Ci sono diversi errori:
1)"have been spent" --> è errato. Il present perfect non ha bisogno di "been". Il costrutto prevede: have + pp. In questo caso la forma corretta è:
"I hope you have spent".
2)wondelful ---> wonderful
3)Christmas's holiday --> non è necessario l'uso della -'s. E anche se si dovesse mettere ricorda che le parole che terminano in -s non sono seguite dalla -s del genitivo sassone bensì dalla sola apostrofo.
4)"Yesterday I haven't had" ---> Yesterday I had not. Hai usato il present perfect in quanto parli di un'azione sì finita, ma il tempo dell'azione (yesterday) è terminato. Se nella frase ci fossero stati avverbi come "today, this week" avresti potuto usare il present perfect; oppure avresti potuto usarlo nel caso in cui non ci fosse stato il tempo specificato. Qua la forma corretta è il simple past.
5) "but now i'm going to find" ---> userei la forma futura con will, poiché è un'azione che hai deciso di fare in questo momento. Going to si usa quando hai intenzione di fare qualcosa. La decisione l'hai presa ora. La trasformerei così:
"But now I'll do it".
6) In tutto questo blocco hai usato più tempi verbali diversi.
