Ciao, Calabresel! Ho letto il messaggino che mi ha lasciato sul muro.
Ti do una mano con il tuo esercizio.
Se per te è indifferente, io sceglierei come argomento di parlare della bicicletta. Cominciamo.
"Moving from a place to another one using a bicycle is not only pleasant and enjoyable, but also very ecologic and good for health. But as it always happens when you ride a vehicle, there are some rules of road safety to respect.
The first kind of rules regards the clothes a cyclist must wear to be safe in the city traffic or even in the countryside. On the head he must always wear a helmet, to protect him in case he bangs his head after a fall, maybe because of a collision with a car. The helmet must always be laced under the chin! To feel more comfortable during the ride, a cyclist often wear also a pair of gloves, in order to facilitate his grip on the handlebar if he's sweaty, and a pair of pads on his legs to protect his shins.
In order not to lose his concentration while he's on board, a cyclist must never use a mobile phone. Or, if he does, he must always use an ear phone.
As much as talking on the phone, also music could discract a cyclist during the ride. So, he'd better not to use radios or i-pods if he wants to be sure to pay attention to the traffic of to the road. This rule is however not always respected by cyclists.
In great competions or races, that could last hours, professional cyclists usually eat and drink or their bikes. But this is often dangerous and an amateur cyclist -or even a pro, when he's not contesting- should always avoid to eat and drink while he's on his bike, if he doesn't want to run the risk to get distracted and fall down."
Spero che questo vada bene. Ciao, calabresel!
