tryng è un azione in via di svolgimento quindi nn andrebbe bene in una frase al passato,a meno che nn c'entrasse il PAST CONTINUOUS ma nn credo proprio che questo sia il caso..si anche secondo me andrebbe bene quella di sirenetta
